I really enjoyed this video so much I watched four times it was very inspiring, motivational and helpful in an understanding of what a leadership position should intel. Drew Dudley explained that society has made leadership into something that is bigger than us and something beyond us with society’s stigma on leadership. We take the title of “leader” and treat it as something that one day were going to deserve, we tend to look and think of a leadership role as being cocky or having arrogance. Drew Dudley explained his story about a young college student and how this young woman came up to him four years later before he left the university thanking him for being an important person in her life,
